By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Shipping Destinations

Divenzy currently ships to the following regions, subject to availability:

  • United States

  • Canada

  • United Kingdom

  • European Union (selected countries)

  • Australia & New Zealand

Shipping availability may change at any time. Certain products or regions may be excluded due to logistical or regulatory limitations.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)

  • Orders are processed after payment confirmation

  • During high-demand periods, drops, or promotions, processing times may be extended

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, carrier, and customs processing.

  • United States & Canada: 5–10 business days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7–14 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days

Divenzy does not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless explicitly stated at checkout.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination and order size

  • Free Shipping: Available for qualifying orders, where indicated at checkout

  • Expedited Shipping: May be offered for select regions and products

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
Tracking updates depend on the carrier and may take up to 48 hours to activate.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply

  • These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer

  • Divenzy has no control over customs processing times or fees

Orders refused due to unpaid customs charges may not be eligible for a refund.


7. Delivery Issues, Delays & Force Majeure

Divenzy is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs authorities

  • Weather conditions

  • Strikes, pandemics, or force majeure events

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

Delivery times are estimates only and do not constitute a contractual guarantee.


8. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

  • Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer

  • Divenzy is not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation

If a package is missing or delayed, please contact support@divenzy.com. We will assist in initiating a carrier investigation where possible, but replacement or refund is not guaranteed.


9. Address Accuracy & Order Modifications

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing an order

  • Orders cannot be modified once processing or shipping has begun

  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional fees or be ineligible for reshipment


10. Returns Related to Shipping

Returns are handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or required by law.
